General Areas of Practice

Estate & wealth planning

Estate and wealth planning centers on developing a tailored strategy for a family's unique needs. This includes efficiently transferring assets to the next generation and preserving wealth through asset protection. By utilizing legal and financial strategies, the goal is to optimize, protect, and transition wealth, ensuring a lasting family legacy with minimized tax impact.

Wills & trusts, PRobate

Wills and trusts, the cornerstones of estate planning, ensure your assets are distributed according to your wishes. Wills document your intentions, while trusts offer asset management, control, and privacy benefits across generations. This strategic combination addresses legal and tax implications efficiently, facilitating a seamless transition of your estate to your beneficiaries. Probate, on the other hand, involves settling a deceased person's estate, ensuring debts are paid and assets are distributed as directed.

business transactions

From entity formation to business succession planning, attorneys drive value for businesses in several ways. Reducing exposure to legal liability is often the first to come to mind, but attorneys also help ensure that the contracts through which a business operates are drafted to take advantage of every opportunity to increase profits, protect against unexpected shocks, and transfer companies.

real estate

Real estate comes with its own set of intricate regulations, often intersecting with wealth and estate planning. Making the right property choices and handling transactions require careful attention. With tax and succession planning in the mix, the focus is on ensuring properties transfer appropriately. The goal is to guide clients in aligning their real estate actions with overall financial and family aspirations.
